In 2013 the Grand Lodge IOOF of Missouri and Pacific Lodge #86 of Washington, MO. dedicated the Odd Fellows Columbarium.The Columbarium is a unique depository for the forgotten unclaimed cremains of any individual, poor, forgotten, or Veteran, any of those which have not been claimed and buried by family members. The ashes are collected from communities, funeral homes, crematoria and placed in vessels and stored at the Odd Fellows Columbarium. Veterans cremains are stored until a trip is made to deposit them at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery or the National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. The wooden boxes for the ashes above are hand made by students at the local high school. For more information go to
